Accommodation is available through the HWU conference centre at a rate of 47.40 GBP Bed & Breakfast per person per night for a single en-suite room and 66.75 GBP Bed & Breakfast per person per night for a double en-suite room. 100 single en-suite rooms have been provisionally held with the conference centre but more may be made available if demand is high at an early stage. The Organising Committee suggest booking early due to the Edinburgh Fringe coinciding with the conference as the university frequently hosts guests for this event. To secure your booking the conference centre will require full payment in advance (full terms available). Depending on individual travel arrangements delegates may wish to book until the morning of the 24th as the last scientific session is planned to finish at lunch time on the 23rd.

There are many hotels in the city centre but again these should be booked early to avoid disappointment due to the Edinburgh Fringe. An average bus journey to HWU from the city will take around 30-40 minutes - bus tickets are provided to delegates so city centre accommodation is also feasible with ready access to the HWU campus.
